Attn Coaches of 2022 Seniors


– Senior Videos –

*Must be able to hook your device to HDMI

*Bring your own adapters. Those will be played at awards. Due to the high number of Senior’s, we want to keep presentations to no longer than one minute and thirty seconds (1:30) per gymnast

*Coaches must be prepared to make a brief speech introduction of their Senior’s and her parents to be presented in the beginning of the session. Again, due to the high number of Seniors, we want to keep all presentations no longer than 1 minute (1) per gymnast.

• Xcel Gold – 8 am
• Xcel Platinum, Level 4, 5, & 8 – 12 pm
• Xcel Diamond, Level 9 & 10 – 4pm
Sunday, March 20
• Xcel Silver (10 year olds), Level 2 & 3 – 8 am
• Xcel Silver (All other ages) – 11:30 am
• Xcel Bronze – 2:45 pm


Program Ads for State Meet

PROGRAM ADS:                  Program Book Size (8 ½ x 11) High quality, full color

                                                   Full Page ad:      $250.00

                                                    ½ Page ad:         $150.00

                                                    ¼ Page ad:         $80.00

A space will be made available for your team photo(s) in the program book and any personal ads individual families may want to post. Please follow the deadlines instructions and prices.

Deadline: February 25th, 2022    (No ads will be accepted past that date)

• Seniors get a free full-page ad

• Email (jpeg or pdf) ads ready for print. No editing will be provided and absolutely No paper ads. All ads must be digital.

• No ads will be processed without a payment.

• Personal ads must have a note along with check to specify which ad it’s paying for.

State Meet Shirts

State meet shirts will be only available as a pre-order online. A picture of the design is available on Bozhi’s website www.gymnestgymnastics.com.

Short sleeve shirt     $20.00                  Hoodie:    $35.00

Shirts will by “GIALDAN” brand and will be available in YS, YM, YL, YXL, AS, AM, AL, AXL, 2XL, 3XL

Important information for WV State Meet

• All information and order forms will be posted on Bozhi’s website. www.gymnestgymnastics.com
• Check regularly for information updates!
• No personal checks will be accepted for entry fees.
• Official State meet apparel will be available for pre-order only online and will be available for pick up at meet.
• Well wish gifts and flowers will be available for preorder. Purchase onsite will be available
with limited supply and only while supplies last.
• Other apparel and professional photographers will be provided on site.

Spectators:

Cash only entry!!!!
Adults – $12 Children-$7 Under 5- free

The wristbands will be good for all weekend.

Coaches and Club Owners:

Declarations are due by February 13, 2022 to the State. All gymnasts should be declared, even if they did not qualify yet. They will have the chance to qualify until the last date prior to the beginning of the State Meet. However, there will be no refunds if they do not qualify.

All entries will be due by the February 25th deadline. They must be postmarked by that date. The cost is $95 per gymnast.
