At this point WV State Meet is cancelled as per direction of USA Gymnastics. 

Our State Chairman is continuing to work with the WV and Regional Committee Members to formulate a plan. Please contact your gym owner or coach with any questions and I will communicate directly with them as I get more information.

• Session 1 – Level Silver – Tentative 3:30 pm check in

Saturday

• Session 2 – Level 4/5 – 8 am open stretch
• Session 3 – Level 6/7
• Session 4 – Level Platinum/Diamon
• Session 5 – Level 8/9/10

Sunday

• Session 6 – Level Gold – 8 am open stretch
• Session 7 – Level 2/3/Bronze
• Session 8 – Level Bronze

State Meet will be held at Woodrow Wilson High School in Beckley on March 27-29.

Entry fee is $90 per gymnast regardless of level. We do not collect a team entry fee for state meet.  Checks need to be made out to Flipstarz and mailed to PO Box 328, Glen Daniel, WV 25844. Deadline for state meet entry fees is March 13th.

State meet declarations were due on February 15th. If they have not been turned in you have until the end of the day on Monday, February 17th. They must be turned in on the the provided excel spreadsheet.

Flipstarz has set up The Resort at Glade Springs as the host hotel for this year’s state meet. Please see all information below to make reservations.
