After the state meeting on Sunday, additional coach training was one of the most asked for items as a use for the state funds.

The WV Committee has decided to cover the cost of any gym that would like to attend the Tom Forster Training at Revolution Gymnastics on November 1st.

Tom will be working with coaches from 9:30 am through 12:30 pm and will be focusing on conditioning, shaping, swinging and circling for bars.
