A space will be made available for your team photo(s) in the program book and any personal ads individual families may want to post. Please follow the deadlines instructions and prices.

Deadline: February 25^th, 2022    (No ads will be accepted past that date)

• Email (jpeg or pdf) ads ready for print. No editing will be provided and absolutely No paper ads. All ads must be digital.

• No ads will be processed without a payment.

The wristbands will be good for all weekend.

Coaches and Club Owners:

Declarations are due by February 13, 2022 to the State. All gymnasts should be declared, even if they did not qualify yet. They will have the chance to qualify until the last date prior to the beginning of the State Meet. However, there will be no refunds if they do not qualify.

All entries will be due by the February 25th deadline. They must be postmarked by that date. The cost is $95 per gymnast.

Clubs, it’s time to get creative!!!

Bozhi’s is asking gym to creat their own march in sign for the State meet. This sign should represent your team! It should no exceed 2 1/2’ x 1 1/2’. We can’t wait to see what everyone makes.

For the 2022 season: 
Level 9’s and 10’s can pre-qualify to the Level 9/10 Regional meet with a 35.00 AA scored at any USA Gymnastics sanctioned competition during the 2021/2022 season PROVIDED they register for and participate in their state meet. WITHOUT PETITIONING. 
**Please note:
1. Each state will provide specific details on the procedures. Please be patient while we finalize these details. We anticipate having it finalized very soon. 
2. Petitions will still be allowed for those athletes who are injured during the season and do not have a 35.00 at another competition OR who cannot participate in their State Meet. 
3. This DOES NOT apply to qualification to the Level 8 Regional Competition. Level 8 Regional qualification will still come from the State Meet or petitioning. 

We are happy to announce the 2022 WV State Meet will be hosted by Bozhi’s Gym Nest at Spring Valley High School. It will take place March 18-20, 2022. The entry fee will be $95 per gymnast. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
