Cost: $115 per gymnast. No team Fee

This weekend was a huge success at our 2025 WV State Clinic! As some of the gyms in our state came together for some preseason work, they had a great time learning and training as a group. A huge THANK YOU goes to all the clinicians, judges, and Susan Brown (our state clinic coordinator) for a fun and successful weekend. Also a big thank you to WVGTC for the support and use of their wonderful facility.

• Saturday is for Level 6-10 and Xcel Platinum- Sapphire
• Gymnasts please make sure to bring your own water and lunch
• Gymnasts must be accompanied by their coaches.

Final Reminders and Instructions

• All teams must make their own march in sign.
• There is NO particular theme for the state meet. Make it your own style.
• Admissions is $20 adults, $15 children & seniors (cash only)
• Admissions are good for the entire weekend. Bracelets will have to be secured to the wrist at all times to be allowed in the spectators area.
• Programs are $10 (cash only)
• No ATM on site.
• Concessions provided by the facility. Cards can be used.
• There will be a security bag check at the entrance. Be sure and read Marshall University policies here: Clear Bag Policy – Marshall University Athletics

• Gymnasts will go through different bag checks at the entrance. They can carry their gym bag and will proceed to gymnast check in behind admissions.
• Parents can rejoin their child after passing admissions tables.
• Pre-ordered shirts and flowers will be available for pick up at the gymnast check in area.
• For those who missed placing State Meet apparel orders, we will reopen the shop for purchases the weekend of state meet and close it at the end of Sunday’s competitive day.  

• All spectators and coaches will park in the parking garage across the street from Cam Henderson Center. There is a walkway directly to the main arena entrance on the second floor of the parking garage and going above the street. 
• The side paring area beside the loading dock will be only for judges and Bozhi’s Gym Nest organizing personnel. All others will be towed. 
• If we have received ads for the program without payment, we will not be submitting those for print.

Inside the facility:

• Bottom 5 rows of the audience will be blocked for use from spectators.
• Gymnasts will walk down the steps to the main arena floor and find their coaches or remain seated on the chairs of the bottom 5 rows till coaches find them and escort them to the floor.
• The spectator area directly across the arena will be blocked for spectators and available for athletes’ seating as well.
• Awards will be done in the main arena following each session.
• The competition will be run in a Capital Cup Format where we will have a warm up gym and a Competition gym. Some optional sessions MAY be run on main floor and not use warm up gym.
• It is suggested that all gymnasts arrive dressed and ready to compete to eliminate bathroom congestion. 

Vendors on site:

• BA Sportswear for Gymnastics leotards, shirts, sweats and more.
• Medal engraving.
• Hedgecock Photography for action shots.

Coaches:

• Be sure to pay attention at D.O.B split on Xcel Bronze, Silver & Gold sessions.
• Coaches sign-in will be on the main arena floor at the main scoring table.
• If you do not find your name on the list, do not proceed to write it down until main officials have checked your credentials.
• Coaches will have a bracelet that will need to be secured on the wrist for the entire weekend.
