I have provided the necessary file for declarations this year. Declarations are due February 15th.
After receiving lots of different information last year, I am asking everyone to use the provided format so I can quickly check qualifying scores and get age groups established for states. With states early this year, Flipstarz and the WV Committee is going to have to work quickly to get everything setup.

The Level 3 session will be split, so please make sure your athletes know which session they need to attend. The Level 3 team award will be presented after both sessions of Level 3s have concluded.

2015 State meet entries and fees are due by March 2nd.
Any late submissions are subject to fines according to USA Gymnastics Rules and Policies.

There is a very large volleyball tournament with over 1000 participants being held in Huntington on the same weekend as state meet. WV Clubs may want to inform any parents that will be needing a hotel to book now for the weekend as they seem to be filling up all over the area already. They can always cancel a day they may not need, because Bohzi’s will not be able to get a schedule out this early.
Due to the reduced availability in the area there will not be any particular host hotel.
Congratulations Bozhi’s Gym Nest for being awarded the opportunity to host the 2015 WV State Championships.
The location is scheduled for Cabell Midland High School.
